I am having a problem with getting duplicate calendar events and contacts in Entourage when I synchronize with my Kyocera 7135 Palm Phone. I’m using Entourage 10.1.4 (Mac OS 10.2) and synchronizing using the Microsoft Handheld Synchronization for Entourage X. On the Palm Phone, the apps being used there are the Kyocera Datebook v.4.0 and Addressbook 4.0.
I see a couple possible solutions.
- Simply just finding a way to discover the duplicates and easily delete them (through a script or something).
- Using another conduit or Palm App (suggestions, reviews?)
- Or if something is just set wrong...
If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them. Has anyone used Palm’s Outlook program to sync with Entourage? The one thing I don’t like about the current Datebook v.4.0 is just the lack of categories and locations and reminders, and other functionality that I use in Entourage.
