Can't help you with the script, sorry, but rest assured that no email originating from Taiwan gets routed through Mainland China (given the political state between them for the past 50+ years). Also, I reside in both places, and in fact this email will come from China, so I guess you'll never receive any off list email from me if you do that ;-(......
