I'm on the 'user' side, without direct Exchange server access. In configuring a new 
Entourage Exchange account (not an IMAP account) in 10.3.3 from Office X with all the 
updates, we sometimes get the following message:

>>An error Occurred on the IMAP server.
Invalid account or password. Check your account settings.
Error -11003<< 

Anyone else see this error? If so, do you know WHERE to fix it?  

MS knows about it and says:

>>This problem occurs if any of the following conditions are true:
The Exchange account is not configured correctly.

-or-
There is a problem with the Microsoft Exchange server. For example, either the 
Internet Message Access Protocol version 4 (IMAP4) or the Microsoft Exchange 
Information Store services is not running.

-or-
There is a network configuration problem that is preventing communication with the 
Exchange server.<<

Does anyone have specifics?
