2004 and Keychain

Dldd the test drive. Upon startup it loads fonts (lots of em), then 
wants "access to keychain" saying this may affect all other 
applications which access keychain. Is this cause for concern? I 
switched from Erage X .1.4 to Mail.app about a year ago, and now want 
to see what's new in Offc 2004.
