The "Circuits" email from NY Times is HTML; for recent issues, the effect of
using "increase font size" doesn't show up until you first close and reopen
the message (Entourage 2004). This is a little curious, since "decrease font
size" seemingly works immediately, though.

(This behavior is an improvement over Outlook Express, where
increase/decrease font size has no effect on the font size of the same
email.)

The same issue seems to occur when I reopen the email with the increased
font size and then click on "increase font size" again. At this point, the
email immediately jumps back to its original size - although the (intended)
doubly-enlarged size can be seen if I re-close the email and open it again.

I think that "decrease font size" has the same problem (but is not as
apparent); if I use "decrease font size" on the doubly enlarged email, the
display of the email immediately reverts to the original size. However, if I
close and reopen the email, it then appears at (the intended) one size less
than the doubly enlarged email.

This is a fairly minor issue.
