I am.

That's the problem with using the server times. I'm afraid. The initial
receiving server will be in the local time of the sender, so you are stuck
with that :(

However, the modified version of the script should be picking up the topmost
received header, which would be the receiver's local server, so that
_should_ be in their local time (not guaranteed to be, though!).
