Well you should try to go into the hot sync on the Palm desktop software menu bar. Go to conduit settings then select Entourage conduit and then click on Conduit settings. IN the conduit settings area, check the settings there make sure that it's set properly. Then at the bottom of the screen check the check box that says "Enable Synchronization with these new handhelds" After checking the box try to do a sync.
