I have had cases were the utility would say the database was OK, but I could not export. It's easy to do both and know you have no problems. BTW, isn't the new export function neat? The .rge file is much smaller too. Great for a quick backup. Since this is an unusual problem. I'm trying to think of ways to eliminate what could be causing the issue. Here's some thoughts. Export your calendar events. Now open a new identity and import. Did they transfer ok? Do the Signatures show in the new identity? I'm guessing they will since the problem is in the calendar notes. If you can verify that the problem is in the Calendar events, then perhaps someone will have a way to search the notes for the signatures and delete. I would hate to see you have to recreate all your events from scratch. By playing around with export/import into a blank identity you can perhaps track down where the problem lies so it can be fixed. -- Diane Ross Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
