Using Ent/Office 2004, OS 10.3.4

Just got this and am very pleased with Project Manager. Two requests for improvements. Please let me know where I should send them so someone notices. Or please let me know if these features already exist but I’m not aware of how to use them.

Be able to set the default time of appointments to something other than the current 30 minutes. Almost all my appointments are one hour and it would save a step if I could set this as default. This seems like such an obvious feature, I’m surprised Microsoft didn’t include it.

When entering cities into contact info, have Ent remember and do autofill.
