I have upgraded to Office 2004 and have several questions regarding Entourage. Hopefully you could give me some help.
1. Why can’t I make changes to a “Recurring Event” in the calendar. Many times I have to change the time, date or notes for my weekly staff meeting and Entourage has it locked so I cannot make any changes?
2. Why are there no Custom View options available for the Project Center? I have a large amount of Projects and would like to organize them through Custom View based on several different criteria. I cannot find anyway to do this?
3. When working in Tasks I have several different categories that I would like to open under ONE Custom View called “Action Items” and have it NOT SHOW completed items. For example, I have categories such as @work, @phone, @home, @errands, etc... I would like to look at ALL these under ONE Custom View without the “Completed” items showing. When I use "is incomplete" criteria it only works with one category.
4. I do not get a "info bar" to allow me to accept or decline and invitation to a meeting? And, when I send an invitation for a meeting, the recipient cannot accept or decline my invitation?
5. Why can I drag and drop some files directly into the “File” pane in a Project but some files I cannot drag & drop the only way to get them into the File list in Project Center is to add them to the Project folder in the Finder?
6. Cannot get Calendar to open in Day View? Every time I open Calendar it opens in Week View, I change back to Day view but next time I go back to calendar it is back on Week View?
Hopefully it is okay to ask a bunch of questions in one request. Thanks for your help!
