Currently I have it keystroked to AppleScript such a background check on my main workstation, but I'm often on other machines where I can't always use keystrokes and custom AS (portable home directory with my own copy of Entourage, if you must know). Just to clarify, let's make sure you can choose from a list of all installed schedules, not just 'Send & Receive All'.
