I certainly don't feel obliged to provide a smoking gun to make the point that there is a *perception* among some of MS' large Mac customers that Entourage 2004 didn't deliver. I don't know that anyone expects or wants complete parity (especially not the security part ;) ), but there *are* basic pieces of Exchange functionality still missing and it can be frustrating not to know if/when they will ever appear.
