Hi Deb, I currently manage 93 accounts under a single identity in Entourage 2004 (more than 50 have been there since Entourage 2001).
My only suggestion is to stagger the send/receive. Only a handful of my accounts have constant activity and they get checked every 5 minutes, but the rest of the accounts are scheduled to send/receive late at night, staggered every few minutes.
