I've found the same problem as described by Michael. About once a week, Command-K (Send All) just plain doesn't work. A restart of Entourage, though, always puts it back on track.
I'm running 10.3.5, G5 2Ghz, with 2.5megs of RAM, Entourage 2004. I have a few Sys Prefs, such as Adobe Version Cue, APE Manager, Default Folder X, LiteSwitch, MenuMeters, and Startup Sound.
