I've found the same problem as described by Michael. About once a week,
Command-K (Send All) just plain doesn't work. A restart of Entourage,
though, always puts it back on track.

I'm running 10.3.5, G5 2Ghz, with 2.5megs of RAM, Entourage 2004. I have a
few Sys Prefs, such as Adobe Version Cue, APE Manager, Default Folder X,
LiteSwitch, MenuMeters, and Startup Sound.

Nothing earth shattering, to have to restart, but it is an odd behavior.
