You create a project, and add absolutely everything you have in your
database to the project, or as much as you need on both computers. Select
all in the Address Book, select all in All Events calendar view, select all
in Tasks list, select all in Notes list, and assign the Project to them all.
(For messages, you're better off using IMAP for all accounts, but I suppose
you could add POP messages to the project too, folder by folder.) Share the
project with the other "user" on the other computer.

Now you can access everything from within the project on each computer.
You'd better have a very fast server...
