Entourage 2004. Nothing has been moved or changed from the default locations. I can create a new account and use it all day. However if I quit the program at any time, my account is gone again.
I wonder if this could be a permissions issue where the file is not saving. Very strange.
Is Entourage installed on your computer or a network? Have you tried launching Entourage in a new User (not idenitity, but User) and seeing if the account will save there?
