Title: Adding secure certificate

Ent 2004,    OS 10.3.5

I'm wanting to set up an Entourage email account with a security certificate. I got a secure certificate from Thawte. I follow instructions from the recent Mactopia newsletter:
  
  1.      On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
    2.      Select the mail account you want to change, and then click Edit.
    3.      Click the Security tab.
    4.      Under Signing Certificate, click Select.
    5.      On the pop-up menu, click the certificate you want and then click Choose.

The problem is #5. On pop-up menu, there is no certificate to choose. The drop-down menu just says "none."

Suggestions? Thank you.
