I use the Hotmail email type for one of my accounts, and it seems that no matter what I do, I can’t get Entourage to have rules automatically applied, even though they are set to fire for emails that come in my “hotmail inbox”. Any ideas on this subject?
Are you sure you selected the Hotmail tab in Rules? Rules in your Mail tab will not run on Hotmail accounts.
Tools->Rules->Hotmail tab
