Okay, let's see.

How about letting us search body text to filter email into the project's
purview, and not just the subject line. And we need more discreet criterion
to search, such as a "not" field would be nice to filter out something that
might meet the criterion for some reason, but not be appropriate for another
reason. Is that clear as mud?

Some tutorials for how to use it with complex processes, not just "see Jane
compute" examples would be great.

And how about a way to add contacts to a project, but filter only emails
that meet certain criterion instead of all emails from that person? I guess
the reason for this rather than just the criterion is to flag it. And maybe
if it could give me a quick way to email all those contacts with the push of
a button. That would be cool. Instead of creating a contact group in the
address book, it could be dynamic as the contacts come and go in the
project.

Am I asking for things that are already in there?

And if it could go down and get me some Krispy Kreme donuts, that would be
nice too. :-P
