I get the same thing as well. Usually I see this on HTML email -- I always
assumed it was some startup cost to getting the HTML going. It can be very
annoying, because you're not sure if you actually were successful in
clicking on the item (or moving onto it with the arrow keys), and you end up
doing the action again and getting the wrong message, etc.
