A point of information for the list: After months of use, my Entourage (11.1 on 10.3.7) started to run real slow (database is only approx 400 mb), then began to �eat� incoming messages (incoming messages were downloaded but could not be found).
After performing a rebuild (not a compact), it ran faster, it found lost messages, but some messages had weird headers with different body, and some messages were gibberish. It still �ate� incoming messages. I rebuilt it again after deleting all rules, MLM, and turning off junk mail filtering. And now, it�s fast and perfect. This is the second time in 4 months that rebuilding with MLM, rules, and junk turned OFF has worked, and the second time that rebuilding with those features ON has failed. Question: Is this a significant pattern or coincidence? Question: Is this frequency of severe corruption normal?
