Great solution available to your problem.

In the HotSync program, click on HotSync : Conduit Settings (or Command - J)

Then click on the Entourage conduit.

Go to the Address Book settings.

Choose to Synch ALL contacts (probably not for you), or a category not to
sync, or a category to sync.

This last option might be the best, given your interests. In Entourage, set
up a category called "Sync". Add Sync as a *secondary* category to all
addresses you want to sync. Then choose to sync *only* items in the Sync
category.

This will not interfere with any of your other categories or work, and
you'll only sync the addresses you want to. Not too bad, huh?
