If you set your Junk E-Mail Protection Level to > Exclusive, shouldn't 100% of your junk mail be caught? "Exclusive" means "only mail from from people in your Address Book gets through". Since I get lots of valid mail from lots of people not in my Address Book, I far prefer "High". "High" of course depends a lot on the Junk Filter's expertise in detecting span. In my own case, I find that "High" in the new updated 11.1.0 filter allows very, very little spam (maybe 3 messages a day or so) through, plus virtually no false positives (marking good mail as spam) at all. I'm very happy with it. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - **2004**, X or 2001.
