Our Mac users had used Outlook 2001 in OS 9 and we recently have been moving everyone to OS X and Entourage. There have been a number of limitations in Entourage that have slowly been fixed with new releases and the MBU has promised additional connectivity enhancements this summer.
The majority of my users report that they like the look and feel of Entourage, but that it is a poor replacement for Outlook and most would rather use Outlook in Classic than Entourage. My personal opinion is that the more I use Entourage and live with the limitations, the more I like not having to be in Classic mode and can live with the limits. Thanks! I went looking at the Entourage MVPs� site, and found mostly limitations and exceptions in the Entourage/Exchange support. Without a fuller knowledge of Exchange, I can�t really use that information to answer the question.
