I don't understand why you can't use Word's Data Merge? It has an option at
the very bottom to merge to Email. Why doesn't that work for you? It sends
each email separately, so should not trip up on the ISP's limit - or does
it? Is that the problem? I think you can choose to Send Later, which would
put all the messages into the Outbox. Then go to the Outbox, select just 25
(or whatever the ISP limit is) at a time and press cmd-Enter or chose
Message/Send Now.

Of course in Word, you'd choose the Query button at the bottom, and choose a
Category to select the contacts. Don't send to the group. You can use my
free script Make Group Contacts to apply a category of the same name as the
group to each group member (also making full contacts out of any non-contact
group members). That will then provide the category for selecting in Word's
Query option of Data Merge.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.
