Since you're in Entourage 2004 (which you didn't say), you can File/Export/Export items to an Entourage Archive/Contacts from your first identity, switch, and File/Import/Import information from an Entourage archive. I'm not sure whether that preserves categories or not. Or you can File/Export/Export contacts to a text file, then Import them from same. Or you can drag your contacts to a folder on your desktop, then drag them into the new identity. Neither of these methods preserves categories. Three different ways. If you really need the categories and method 1 doesn't do it, there's a fourth way using my Export-Import Entourage X shareware scripts which does. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - **2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
