You will have 220 messages, each with one > recipient. So there is no need to break up the group. The only thing you're missing is that Data Merge Manager will happily merge to a _category_, by clicking the Query button at the bottom, when you get there. But not to a group (at least not to individual members of a group). So if all the contacts, or recipients, are currently in a group in Entourage, you can apply a category of the same name by using my free Make Group Contacts script from MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> It will also make "real contacts' out of name-and-address-only group members, in order to be able to apply the category. Now you can use Data Merge Manager in Word, and merge an email to that category when you click Query button. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - **2004**, X or 2001.
