My first mistake was that I had moved the Microsoft User Data Folder from its original position in the Documents Folder to a subfolder in the Documents folder. When I did this, the system automatically generated a replacement folder in the original position. I guess the Microsoft User Data folder has to be right where it was. I had to move it back. Before I could move it back. The system wouldn't let me move it back though since the replacement folder had exactly the same name and the system won't allow 2 folders of exactly the same name
It’s too bad that it’s not as hard to move it as it was to replace it. :-)
