Earthlink stopped working (which means, began working intermittently) for my husband on OS 9 more than a year ago. That Earthlink tech support told the original poster that they only support OS X for the Mac is a pretty good indication that they only support OS X for the Mac. That doesn't mean that OS 9 stops working 100% of the time for 100% of the people, not at all; it means that if you use it and you have a problem, you have no where to go for help. It hasn't stopped working for the OP completely; it's intermittent. I'd be willing to guess that if you tried to connect over a sustained period of time -- a few weeks, for example -- you'd have intermittent failures as well. A single test does not a definitive conclusion make. :-) -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
