I repeatedly make certain typos, particularly with apostrophes becoming semi-colons. In Word, checking the AutoCorrect option tool takes care of that plus any almost any other typo. But I can’t get it to work in Entourage with any word that contains an apostrophe

I can;t [there it is again!] find any mention of the problem or solution on Mactopia. Do any of you know about this and have any suggestions?

Much appreciated!

That particular AutoCorrection in fact is already stored in Tools/AutoCorrect in Entourage as well, by default. But you need to have the option "Replace text as you type" checked in that dialog window  - in Entourage. Do you? You should also find it already in the "Replace With" list below it? Do you? If not, add it in the Replace and With boxes.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - 2004, X  or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.
