Hi Damon, Delegate Issues: Is there a delegation server at your organization? If so then this will need to be specified for the account: Tools >> Accounts >>'Select' Exchange >>Edit >> Delegate Tab >> Advanced <enter name/address of delegation server> . Also make the PA a folder owner for her Boss' Calendar and Contacts (I know, she's already an editor so the permissions should be right but in Exchange permissions set up on the Entourage client side are not always replicated to the Exchange server correctly.)
General Application Sluggishness: Welcome to Exchange.... I've learned to live with this aspect of Entourage/Exchange (for the most part) but I always make sure to Disconnect (Remove Account from View) other users calendars so Entourage doesn't get bogged down every time I do a send/receive updating all the Exchange calendars I have access to. It was a trade off of always having those shared Calendar in my Folders list or having Entourage work and connecting to those calendars as needed.
