Hi all, I wrote in about this issue a while ago without response, and I'm seeing a similar issue again, so I thought I'd try my luck again...
Messages from one particular sender are crashing Entourage altogether. These are old messages that were at one time openable, but now clicking on them crashes the software. These messages no longer reside on the server, only on the client machine. This does NOT include all messages from this sender, but almost all. The issue occurs with messages both with and without attachments. I've tried rebuilding the database, without success. All Entourage updates have been applied. The system is running Panther 10.3.9. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I couldn't find anything using search. Please let me know if further details are required.
