I signed back on to this list after dropping out when I switched
from Entourage to Mail, largely for the Spotlight support.
I read the announcement of the new service pack, and have just
been combing the list archives for info on what's been discussed so far.
Forgive me if I missed the answer to my question:
Am I understanding correctly that the new Spotlight support for
Entourage email is for message "metadata" (subject, author, etc), but
not for the message content itself? That would be unfortunate, as
Entourage was already fast at searching metadata, but extraordinarily
slow at searching message contents.
If that is the case, is searching message contents any faster in
the new version?
Anyway, again, sorry if this was already answered -- I did search
the archives but it's possible I missed it.
