Both, of course, use the same > Entourage conduit. No. What it depends on is which mail account is defined as "Default" in Tools/Accounts/Mail. If your Exchange account is Default, then that Exchange account's personal Address Book and Calendar sync to Palm (with the Entourage Conduit and MissingSync 4 or 5, or standard Palm HotSync). If you set any POP or IMAP account (including a dummy POP account, if you don't have a real one) to be the default mail account, then your local Address Book and Calendar "On My Computer" will sync to Palm. You can even set the default to local just for synching, then set it back again to Exchange. So it sounds as if Roger now has a POP or IMAP account set as the default mail account at the moment, and needs to change it back to the Exchange account to get Exchange contacts and calendar events to sync to the Palm. > Therefore, to get items onto your Palm, I'd recommend putting all > calendar/contacts that need to be synchronized to your Treo into your > Exchange account. There's no way that you can get both local and Exchange to sync except by copying or moving from one address book and calendar to the the other, as you and Barry suggest. > > If you used e2Sync (an iSync / Sync Services conduit) and Missing Sync 5 > (which also using Sync Services), you could get both local and Exchange data > to merge, I suppose. That doesn't seem to be a safe way to do it, though. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - 2004, X or 2001.
