I got all > of mine through Thawte using Firefox and didn't have any problems. Right. I don't know about InstantSSL, but the "IE" format is wrong for Entourage (and IE Mac). Even when IE Mac still was being supported, you had to get a "Netscape" type, not an IE type, from Thawte, and use in some Mozilla (incl. Netscape and FireFox) browser.
