Entourage does seem overly picky when it comes to this. For example, messages from "Joe User <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" are not sorted with messages from "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
This often happens if someone is using a desktop client sometimes but other times uses webmail. I haven't tested this, but guess that Entourage is doing a very strict matching of the From: line to make sure that the messages are identical.
