Thanks for your response.  However, I don't think you're correct here.
Entourage came with a version of Stuffit that was licensed to users who had
a license for Entourage.  Check the "factoid" at the top of this page:

The problem is that the upgrade to Panther changed the version of Stuffit
and reinstalling the patch from Allume does not seem to restore the
Entourage license for use of Stuffit.

Actually, there a number of advantages to the Zip compression now available
from the OS X system.  However, it is not well integrated with Entourage.
For example, you can't open a Zip-compressed attachment within the Entourage
application.  For this and other reasons, I'd like to restore the licensed
capability of Entourage to use the Stuffit engine.

So my question still remains:  Anyone know what files and file locations
need to be changed so that Stuffit can be used within Entourage without any
additional license?
