I wouldn't know how to "paste into Entourage" without a message window open. When I create or reply to a message, Entourage opens a message window in which I work. Are you saying it's possible to work in the preview pane, or am I missing something? > I¹m wondering if there is an application that would record your keystrokes > to see what the computer is interpreting when this happens? > > OK i just did a Google search and there are several. YEs, if you could just turn on key-logging and then, in a month or so when it happens, open a file and view your keystrokes, that would tell you _something_.
