I ran across some software today called Hazel that looks like it might be something users that get a lot of attachments could use. If you try this, please let us know if it helps. <http://www.noodlesoft.com/hazel.php>
1. Use one of the Remove Attachment scripts. They will save, remove and link the saved files to the message, so you can open the file directly from the message. <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/script/fav_scripts.html#favscript17> <http://scriptbuilders.net/files/saveattachments20041.0.0.html> 2. Use Hazel to monitor this folder of saved attachments to further sort them. Since I'm not in a work environment, it's hard for me to give it a proper testing. Brief description of what Hazel does: Hazel watches whatever folders you tell it to, automatically organizing your files according to the rules you create. It features a rule interface similar to that of Apple Mail so you should feel right at home. Have Hazel move files around based on name, date, type, what site/email address it came from (Safari and Mail only) and much more. Automatically put your music in your Music folder, movies in Movies. Keep your downloads off the desktop and put them where they are supposed to be. -- Diane Ross, Microsoft Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Help Blog <http://blog.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
