Can you post the headers? The Junk Mail Filter should be catching these. The

First check your Mailing List Manager rules to see if any might be acting on
those messages. Could it be possible when you select to mark as junk, it
actually created a Mailing List Manager rule that reset them to good.

MLM rules run before regular rules. Next would be to work on your rules.
They run in the order listed.

Move the rule to the top of the list. Maybe another rule is acting on the
messages before your spam rule has a chance to kick in. Normally, you would
put this type of rule at the bottom. If it's at the top and works, just be
sure it's not catching good mail.
