Here are some suggestions that were posted in another thread. Spanning Sync was highly regarded, but it's the most costly since some are free. Considering the cost and time to set up Exchange it's probably a good deal. Share calendars between multiple Macs. Share calendars with your coworkers, family, and friends. And while you're at it, connect Google Calendar to your iPod, mobile phone, and other devices.
