No it's there, but I like having the folders I use regularly always in view,
instead of having to scroll down to see them, then scroll back up to get to
the top ones (not a huge deal, I know). I avoid this by opening the window
more.

Of course, this would all be irrelevant if I could just move the bottom
folders up higher in the list. :D
