With "Work Offline", there is no alert when you select an already read message. However, if you select a message that has been downloaded but not yet read, you naturally get the alert about being offline and that actions will be synched later. (That's because the very act of reading the message causes the local copy to become unbolded in the message list to indicate "Read" - which will have to be synched to the server only at the next connection.) But - the alert has a box that can be checked to "Do not notify me again", at least in Entourage 2008. I'm pretty sure it exists in 2004. I don't understand why Michael isn't seeing that checkbox. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
