I want to be able to see the Progress window at all times. So I close the main window but leave the Progress window open. > I did try repeating your steps and the new message window still opens on the > main monitor. > > What I did.. > > Move Progress window to secondary monitor. > Clicked on red close button You closed the Progress window? > Select my browser then selected Entourage > Command-n for new message > > It opened in the main monitor. Try this: Move Progress window to secondary display; keep main window on main display. Close main window (so that only the Progress window is open, on the secondary display) Open Safari and choose File: Mail Link To This Page. For me, this causes the new message to open on the secondary display. > You didn't mention...are you using spaces? Nope, no Spaces, and reproducible on multiple machines for me. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[email protected]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
