My partner Gary Beluzo may submit an addendum to it later to flesh out the ecological considerations and summary sections, but I decided that we have fulfilled our obligation to the State and wanted to get the darn thing off my desk. A courtesy copy of the report is attached to this email. Beware, it is 39 pages long. I decided to send a copy to the list because ENTS is frequently mentioned in the report. The tree measuring described in the report is attributed primarily to ENTS and its measurement mission than to FMTSF. All Friends members are also Ents. I am especially indebted to my wife Monica who helped proof read the report and corrected numerous errors of mine. I'm a disaster at editing my own writing.
