Steve, I have rarely had that to happen while posting from the web. I waited a little while and all was ok. During the wait I checked my computer for viruses. I had none. I think Google gets a bit confused once in a while. When I do a post that has pictures, I use Yahoo Mail. I have never had google to reject a post doing it that way. Canceling and trying again might work.
