Jenny,

Please continue with your thread. The problem is that when someone starts a
new topic they need to start with a blank email. If they just reply to an
existing discussion, delete everything, and type in a new Subject - the
system thinks that the topic title was changed, rather than it being a new
topic entirely. That is because the basic deletion and changing the subject
does not change the hidden codes in the header. If someone wants to start a
new topic, they should start with a blank email without this hidden header
information. (you can see this header information by right clicking on the
email in the list view and selecting "properties" You topic was fine.

ENTS,

Just curious...Nikon 550 is a popular topic for discussion....but why
was the original discussion on deer, hawks, and other fauna in urban
environments as well as NYC tree book recommendations changed? I am
wondering if this topic is not appropriate for this group so it was
changed? The interactions between cities and flora and fauna are
fascinating and sometimes quite disturbing to me.

Please let me know so I don't start an unsuitable discussion!

Thanks...
Jenny
