TECHNICAL OFFICER, INITIATIVE ON ASEAN INTEGRATION (TO IAI) � Preferably Master�s degree in accounting, public policy, international relations, or development economics; � Minimum 5 years experience with proven track record and exposure in government, international organizations and/or private sectors; � Experience in dealing with a wide spectrum of policies and issues in international development cooperation, project management and project appraisal.
� Preferably Master�s Degree in public policy, development economics, public heath or other social sciences; � Minimum 5 years of direct working experience in project management and development cooperation; � Experience in public health will be an advantage. 3. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT (TA SD) � Bachelor degree in public policy, development economics, public heath or other social sciences; � Minimum 2-3 years of direct working experience in project management and development cooperation. 4. CONFERENCE ASSISTANT (CA) � Bachelor degree in social sciences; � Minimum 2-3 years of direct working experience in formal event organizing and public relations. GENERAL REQUIREMENT: � Ability to undertake technical research and write policy paper or analytical reports (for TO IAI, TO SD, TA SD); � Able to work in a multicultural environment and to work in a team; � Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English; � Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office tools; � Willingness to travel, when required; � Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; � Preferably less than 35 years of age. Selected candidate will receive an attractive package of basic salary (for CA starting from Rp. 2.200.000, for TA starting from Rp. 2.500.000 & for TO starting from Rp. 5.000.000) and benefits which include 13th month salary, transportation allowance and medical reimbursement & hospitalizations.
