The Seminar is hosted by the Employers Federation of Madrid (CEIM) and the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid and is fully supported by the City and Community of Madrid, the Ministry of Culture of Spain and the World Tourism Organisation (WTO). The deadline for registering has been extended to 1 November 1999 to allow for a maximum participation considering the great interest shown.
