Hi Felix, Let me add more details & apologize for the stupid 'paste'. Of course it makes no sense to paste into a viewer. I am running RHEL 6.3 x64 EoG 2.28.2. Edit = Undo Move to trash Toolbar Preferences
Scenario: User creates a screenshot using Gnome's built-in capabilities. The image file is automatically saved on desktop as screenshot1.png Double-click on it opens the image in EoG by default. P.S. I started a similar thread in gThumb's mail list. Can you possibly describe your usecase a bit more detailed please? There's a Copy menu entry in the Edit menu that copies the file's URI and the image data around. The receiving application can decide what to take over. An entry for pasting into eog is not planned due to the way eog works with files. Simply said eog doesn't know "new/initially empty images". Regards, Felix
